I'm just tired of writing them and getting not a single comment on anything I write. Next time I should just write about the color of their socks. No one will realize it besides perhaps the mod anyway since I'm sure no one clicks the cut tag.

You can't post your drama all over a general RP community and then chew people out for commenting if they aren't in your game. You just want us all to agree with you 100%, no ifs ands or buts.
Well, if you wanted it to be exclusive to your community, then don't post it in rpvents. We have a right to say "Uh... I think you're over reacting" if you put it here. If it was so exclusive, you should have kept it to your own OOC.

For the record, you obviously did not read the premise of the game you tried to join, since your first SL plea was for a sixteen year old high school junior. In a college game. When you 'fixed' it, you had her as an 18 year old college junior. I'm sorry, are you sure you're old enough to go to college? Because I have my doubts.
And yeah, checking the directory is just polite in the RP world. Common names are fine in real life, where it's just sort of a lucky dip thing. But in a game, where you get to CHOOSE a name? No. Duplicating not just one but TWO names is just rude. That player was right to call you on it. Your responses were childish. Anon-commenting to your own post was childish. And lastly, of course, deleting responses that detail how hard you fail? Also childish.

I don't understand all the hate that's directed at players who reuse their characters for different communities.
I've had most of my characters for four years now and some of them for as long as six years. I still write for my very first character from back when I played on Neopets. They're oldies, but goodies and they're very dear to my heart. I've spent years revising them and adding depth to their history.
So why should I be expected to just toss them away when a community dies after a month? They're not empty vessels with the pretty faces of "in" celebrities painted on them. I don't pitch a tent and then make a new kid because the old one has outlived its usefulness.
Anyway, why go through all the time and effort of writing up a character and developing their personality if you don't plan on keeping it?

Yeah, I have gone back on my decision to quit you too many times. You want the line but I have been the only one posting for a month now. A whole month.
Maybe it does make me an awful person and all of that but I don't care a whole lot anymore. This day sucked hard enough without that email. Blame it on the holidays but I would have been happy to see a one-liner since the end of November, I never asked for a three paragraph anything.
I'm just so damn tired of being so damned easy all over. You've posted several times in other games over the last month. So consider this a loss of pressure to keep anything but what you love up.
